“Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything.
And between the two my life flows.”
Nisargadatta Maharaj

Adjusting to life is not always easy. There are challenges. Harmony isn’t always evident. Success isn’t always quick. Vitality doesn’t always feel plentiful. Our bodies are not always cooperative and health and well being, more often than not, present themselves as elusive partners in this thing we call life.

Challenges come in all shapes and sizes. Whether they manifest on physical levels as chronic or life threatening diseases, or sneak in as emotional/spiritual challenges, or you are in a life transition where it is difficult to see clearly in which direction you should head, you are always served by a body and soul that can have a better conversation with itself.

The human body isn’t a single anything. It is a community of upwards of 50 trillion individual citizens, affectionately known as cells, that live in harmony with a technology far beyond what we as human beings have been able to provide so far in this world. The things that we are looking to create in our lives...peace, harmony, loving relationships, success, and vitality already exist in a healthy human body.

No matter your challenges, what sparked them or where they came from, how you perceive them is of the utmost importance in being able to move through them. Perhaps the only key needed to unlock your own mystery is ultimately a change in your perceptions. Healing is at your fingertips when new ways of feeling, seeing and knowing reach and extend from the depths of your heart, showing you how to give to others and ultimately, to yourself.

What’s the difference between letting things unfold and making them happen? Trust.
